  By far this was a life changing experience. I went in with low expectations thinking there was absolutely no way I could get a good healthcare plan, this was going to be a waste of time and I would end up on the phone with someone in India or Singapore. However, I got Michael. He was absolutely beyond exceptional, he worked with me for weeks until I knew every available option, he was personal, friendly, honest, and patient, he did not pester or insist on any rash decisions. He gave me time, kept me informed so I understood everything every step of the way. He truly went above and beyond, he exceeded every possible expectation, he was kind, and helped me get the plan that was right for my family. It seems rare today to get outstanding customer service but when I say this Agent knows what it takes to truly provide a quality product with phenomenal customer service I truly mean it.   Mike Desnoyers is the very best health insurance agent you could ever ask for. Mike took the time to fully and completely explain all of my options and the different benefits and detractions with each policy. I was worried about getting health insurance as a self-employed individual but Mike found THE perfect policy for me and my family. He was never pushy and instead just made sure that he broke every single thing down and gave me all the information I could think of and couldn't think of. He is truly a professional of the highest order and degree. I feel sorry for people who have to shop their health insurance with other agents because I know compared to Mike they are getting cut-rate service.
