Processing Time
HCSC appointments take approx. 10-14 business days to process depending on the state. Agents will be notified via email when their appointment has been completed.

Who processes commission?
iHealth processes the HCSC commissions for ACA and Medicare plans internally. HCSC pays agents directly on group business.

Earned commission cycle
Earned commission and renewals are processed once a month, the middle of the following month.
