Get contracted with carriers
Pick the carriers you want appointments with by line of business and state. Contracts are submitted by IHA's contracting team — no chasing carrier reps yourself.
Join IHA on HealthSherpa (join code 9919)
Sign up for HealthSherpa under IHA's hierarchy so all your ACA enrollments roll up correctly. Free to use — carriers pay HealthSherpa, not you.

Real-time help from IHA staff and other agents. Ask carrier questions, share leads, get plan-design feedback before your client call.
Set up Spark (Medicare CRM)
Free Medicare quoting, scope-of-appointment, enrollment, and CRM — all in one platform through IHA. Spark is now the default Medicare CRM for MAPD, PDP, and Med Supp business and pulls override credit back to your IHA contract.
Get E&O coverage (if you don't have it)
