What is Spark Advisors exactly?
Spark Advisors is a technology-enabled FMO / brokerage for Medicare agents and agencies. It combines carrier contracting, a CRM, quoting and enrollment, marketing automation, and commission tracking into a single platform — all free for the agents who use it.
Will I still own my book of business?
Yes — always. Unlike most FMOs and aggregators, IHA agents keep 100% ownership of their book. Your Agent of Record, your renewals, your client relationships stay with you — period. If you ever leave IHA, you take everything with you. We treat agents as the independent professionals they are. That's also why we're selective: IHA only accepts agents with the experience and values we represent — so you're working alongside peers you'd be proud to share a roster with.
